Today many people talk about human freedom, but until now we do not have an index which would show which have increases or decreases of people's freedoms. What specific material should we use when carrying out our research on the subject of human freedom? The freedom of the population is realized in their spare away work time. This situation should somehow be taken into account by the Liberty Index. I suggest we include segments of the spare time of millions of people, assimilated by enlightenment services, entertainment services and educational services in the Liberty Index. Every day we are involved in the services of enlightenment, entertainment, and education. This circumstance should be taken into account in the Liberty Index. This index can be represented in a three dimensional space. Bi LINDEX (a, bi, Cj) A Cj Where A-the vector of education services; Bi-the vector of enlightenment services; Cj-the vector of entertainment services. LibertyINDEX = a + bi = Cj I suggest we examine the services of education, enlightenment or entertainment taking into accounting the following four views of economic relations: - production-p - distribution-d - exchange-e - consumption-c

In both European and western countries there is a significant number of research institutes that study such problems as: "unsettled democracy", "loosened democracy", "controlled democracy" and "unguided democracy". They only examine the top, so to speak, "iceberg of Democracy", overlooking the main part: the "underwater part of democracy", the "warm" and "cold" current, the "invisible forces of democracy". The research institutes prescribe how to treat our and your Democracy. They suggest a specific "Democracy Mixture" which, in my point of view, can be used only in diluted form. The reader might ask the question: Which part is missing in the "Theory of Democracy"? That is, let's say, a small three-volume book in leather binding does not exist: Volume I - The Economics of the Legislative Power Branch Volume II - The Economics of the Executive Power Branch Volume III - The Economics of the Judicial Power Branch Having such a three-volume book, we would realize what is the economic essence of the state power sphere. But today, as of this moment, we are in a sticky situation. The state power sphere has its headquarters, but the economic theory of the state power sphere is missing.

In the present time, a significant part of the establishments of the educational branch are financed from the budget. The population consumes these services free-of-charge. The national deputies, say that the expenses allocated from the budget for the educated of the people, create a hole in the budget. How can we explain such certainty of the national deputies? Still, the productive activity of the educational branches is not examined in the theory. In the branches of «education» there are the following streams of resources: - 1) a stream of resources as means of labor books, computers etc. ? - the stream estimated economically;
- 2) a stream of manpower - workers in the branches of «Education» - the stream estimated economically;
- 3) a stream of financial resources;
- 4) a stream of visitors is not considered an economic resource and is not estimated economically.
For this reason, the education services are badly taken into account in the productive part of the executive branch of authority. The executive branch of authority should be taken into account in the results of not only receipts from the taxes, but also of the educational services which it creates. In this book the author investigates the educational services in a three-dimensional space. In the extended variant of the calculations of the result of the economical activities of executive branch of authority (taking into account educational services), every goes into its proper place.

The goal of this publication is to enrich young children's lives through play. The activities will identify children's strengths and weaknesses and allow the Educator to assess each child's progress. The sections are grouped by theme. You will find additional activities at the end of each lesson, which you may want to use to help develop some of the children's less developed skills. The activities in this collection are designed for children aged 18 months to 4 years. The themes have been divided into 5 chapters. Each activity explains the curriculum area of learning, an objective of the activity followed by material and the procedure to implement the activity. The evaluation can be found at the bottom of the lesson to help you with outcomes for a positive learning experience. The themes are listed in the table of contents. The objectives of the activities are to promote socialization and to encourage children to explore the world around them. Word repetition enhances language skills. The activites will help to make the children aware of spatial relation and their recognition of living things and objects. In each lesson they will use their senses and develop gross and fine motor skills. We will promote the use of classification, grouping and matching skills. My intent with these experiences is to enhance each child's creativity. The compiling of these activities can be a great resource for Pre-school Teachers. In my experience, I have found that there are too few activities designed for our very young children. I was inspired to write this book after spending several months observing a daycare setting. My intent is to provide a rich learning environment for children and the hope that Educators and Parents will benefit in using my activities to help teach young children to develop both intellectually and physically. Acknowledgements This collection of activities is dedicated to my late mother, Stella, whose enthusiasm and advice have been invaluable. Her zest for life and her kindness has inspired me. I would also like to thank my husband Jake, for his help, ideas and unwavering support that gave me courage to continue this endeavor. A special thanks to my children Christi-Lee and Dane for their patience and willingness to be "readers." I would also like to acknowledge Kim Taylor Horeck for her steadfast support.
