Is winning the lottery jackpot a goal you'd like to achieve because you're seeking financial independence? Or simply because you find it challenging? In this book, I'll share with you my lottery playing experiences and insights. Together we'll probe the concept of windows into the future, lateral thinking, number bias, and oracles. After reading this book, I hope you'll feel motivated to generate your own ideas for developing playing strategies to help bring your playing skills to a whole new level. You don't have to be a genius or mathematician to win the lottery. As a bonus, I'll reveal the most important secret all lottery players should know in order to win jackpots. Good luck! "C.F. Keller has taught me to become a winner in the lottery. With improved skills, I know that a jackpot of some kind is in my future. I must also comment that the basic quality of my life has improved." Janis Smith, Senior Manager/Quality Assurance.

"I had just learned standard bridge bidding and was trying to learn 2/1. Every person that I played with had their own style and followed their interpretation of standard bidding. Then I met Bob Gish and he introduced me to his bidding system: The New Awakening. I could not believe how this system has helped me. I make better bids and get to good contracts." Behind The Stare is a book geared for mid-level players seeking to improve their game and their bottom line. The concepts introduced are universal in nature and can be applied to all forms of poker. A poker game elicits an enormous number of behaviors in and around it. By becoming more aware of both yourself and those around you; you can improve your skills by learning where to focus your wits and resources. Review new statistical data about the game, its' players and how live games differ from Internet games. See how this information can help you create a more realistic perspective to the game itself. Discover the relationship between your expectations, your strategy and your results. Explore the social fabric that we are all a part of and how it affects the game of poker. The benefit comes both from improving certain skills while learning not to succumb to some basic instinctual responses. The payback for this knowledge is almost immediate and will last a lifetime.

Prior to the advent of video games and “virtual reality” the youth of cities such as New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, etc., relied on their creativity, “reality” and the inner city environment to produce a complement of games that were unique and specific to the inner city life. The rules and the names of these inner city street games could vary from city to city, (such as Ring-a-leevio vs. Ringolevio) but in concept they remained broadly consistent. This compendium is dedicated to all those who, as youngsters, lived and played in city neighborhoods and the surrounding suburbs and participated in the wide array of inner city street games. Some of the games were seasonal; some were more ritual and yet others were more activities or traditional fun pastimes and were played at any time of the year. Not all were played actually in the street. “Stoops”, sidewalks, curbs and sides of buildings, alley ways, school gymnasiums, vacant lots, building hallways and city parks were also required settings for some of the games. For many of the games a key requirement was the “spaldeen” (or “pinky”) described in greater detail herein. Additionally there were many other creative “props” and equipment, and unlike the virtual reality of today’s hi-tech pastimes, the inner city street games were actual, real world and three dimensional happenings which required active participation and varied skills and agility. Volume one of this compendium describes the inner city games in terms of their setting, rules, objectives, props, and seasonality and in some instances alternative names are provided. www.innercitystreetgames.com
