Jay D. Adkisson is an attorney and investment advisor who lost his eye in 2000 to choroidal melanoma and who has since become a private pilot and twice been an expert witness to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. Jay is best known as the creator of Quatloos.com and has appeared on ABC?s 20/20, been the subject of article in Forbes magazine, and has been widely quoted by the Wall Street Journal and many other publications.
