This is because relevance in the workplace fosters trust; trust as in trusted to deliver results. Trust fosters cost efficient and quick delivery which is the goal of every company.

I share observations, case studies and lessons learned throughout my career which began in 1973. It’s clear to me if I knew then what I know now, there’s no telling the limits of my accomplishments. The results have been eye opening, providing success and recognition to my teammates and great benefits to my company. I’ve since developed a C.A.R.E. certification training program so others can share in the success. The benefits of becoming C.A.R.E. certified have changed my life for the better.

Everything is based on day-to-day interaction throughout my career.
